Pacific Barrel Horse Association has been a cornerstone of the Northwest Barrel Racing world since 1999. We have been on the cutting edge of barrel racing in the Northwest. We believe in safe ground and a family like atmosphere which fosters a place where every one from the beginner to the pro can come and run.
